The Boeing Company is looking for a Computing, Networks and COMSEC Specialist to join our team in Eglin AFB, FL. This individual will be working in the F-15 Avionics Integration Laboratory, supporting integration and flight test of new aircraft weapons, sensors, and avionics upgrades.
This individual will be routinely involved in a variety of interesting projects and advanced technologies being integrated onto F-15 fighter aircraft. You will support and work with test engineers and analysts integrating and testing cutting edge technology in a team where innovative problem solving is embraced. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Mid-Level Computing, Networks and COMSEC Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Upgrade, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of PC computing systems, data networks, programmable LAN and Fiber network switches, data servers, and KG-175 TACLANE Encryptors
Monitor systems for configuration compliance, loading and patching Windows based operating systems, installing new applications, imaging hard drives, and assisting with computing accounts, data/media transfers, and network/PC scans
Provide direct and critical support to various systems and test engineering teams in their F-15 development and integration activities such as: computing tools, software simulations, and data analysis tools which operate on multiple classified and unclassified test computing elements and distributed laboratory networks
Builds, tests, integrates and supports computing tools, software, systems and networks for design, simulations, test systems and environments, test computing elements and laboratory/test networks
Assists in gathering and analyzing customer and stakeholder requirements to support the approval and sustainment of Authorization to Operate (ATO) for laboratory networks and computing systems
Maintains, administers and supports integrated electronic/computing systems, databases and software for products in support of the verification and validation of aerospace products
Assists in the download trusted agent (DTA) process for file transfers between different networks.
Installs software and maintains the configuration of Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) workstations
Performs Secure Voice Responsible Officer duties for Sectéra vIPer secure telephones
Performs Assistant COMSEC Responsible Officer duties including operation and management of AN/PYQ-10 Simple Key Loaders with associated key receipts, audits and destructs
Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification
Experience with Windows Operating Systems
Experience with troubleshooting Hardware and Software
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with technical client support
Experience with Windows Servers
Experience with RAID data storage systems
Experience with Ethernet-based networking LAN/WAN
Experience with NIPRNet or other government unclassified networks
Experience with SIPRNet or other government classified networks
Experience with COMSEC key fill using AN/PYQ-10 SKL

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $51,000 – $69,000
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $62,050 – $83,950
