The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager to join our team in North Charleston, SC.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and integrate a high-performing team of employees and mid-level management focused on a multi-billion construction project supporting the Boeing South Carolina expansion.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads project and construction management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures specifically designed for large-scale construction projects
Guides the formulation of business and technical strategies, setting clear goals and objectives to drive project success
Acquires and allocates resources effectively for organizational activities, providing technical management of suppliers and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Fosters and maintains strong relationships, partnerships and communications with stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
Participates in source selection, budgeting and schedule providing technical oversight and integrating supplier activities to optimize project outcomes
Manages, develops, and motivates a diverse team of employees and mid-level managers, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the project management team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience leading facility construction projects, from inception (documenting detailed requirements and building a project execution plan) through design, permitting and construction, to commissioning and close-out utilizing accepted project management principles and methodology
Experience with Project Management Best Practice (PMBP)
Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
Experience using computers, including typing and utilization of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Project or Construction Management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $160,650 - $217,350
