What does a successful Professional Services Consultant do?
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will provide analysis, consultation, and recommendations to clients during the deployment of the DNA Core Financial Software with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. You will ensure that clients’ business needs are met by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions. What you will do:
- Provide analysis and consultation to clients during system deployments.
- Configure and implement DNA Core Processing Functionality.
- Support Mergers and Acquisitions for DNA Clients.
- Document client and internal discussions and decisions.
- Manage and resolve a fixed percentage of service cases, escalating others as necessary.
- Assess each client's processing schedules and system authorizations to ensure proper system functionality.
- Assist clients in defining institution parameters and system settings.
- Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite.
- Engage with clients to evaluate readiness for conversion and ensure satisfaction.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in financial institutions or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Subject matter expertise in back office processing, deposit operations, core system administration, finance, and accounting.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, which may include weekends and holidays.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
