What does a successful DNA PS Implementation Support, Operations Consultant do?
The DNA PS Implementation Support, Operations Consultant will provide analysis, consultation, and recommendations to our credit union and bank clients. They will also hold responsibility for DNA Implementations during the deployment of DNA Core Financial Software to ensure clients' business needs are met. This position will support clients with both strategic consulting and implementations of post-live items/modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery and implementation of their suite of products, providing best-in-class solutions to meet clients' needs.
What you will do:
- Configure and implement DNA Core Processing functionality.
- Provide industry-recognized recommendations for implementation and process improvement with the conversion of DNA.
- Document client and internal discussions and decisions.
- Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of service cases, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team.
- Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion.
- Conduct support and training sessions with converting clients.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- 2+ years of experience in post-live implementation of Core Financial Software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of experience with DNA Core System..
- 2+ years of experience in Statement and Notice processing.
- 2+ years of experience in Back Office Processing.
- 2+ years of experience in Deposit Operations.
- 2+ years of experience in Batch/Purge processing and End of Day/Month/Year End processing.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL databases.
