Key Responsibilities:
- Counterintelligence Investigations: Conducting CI/Counter Terrorism (CT) investigations across the customer complex
- Espionage and Terrorism Investigations: Works closely with intelligence agencies to assist in any ongoing espionage, terrorism, or related operations and investigations at responsible facilities
- Customer Liaison: Serve as liaison and interface with customer facility management and local law enforcement agencies surrounding the assigned facility
- Updating Senior Management: Provides case-related updates to the Senior Counterintelligence Officer (SCIO), facilities senior management and other customer CI executives
- Briefings and Debriefings: Provides CI/CT defensive briefings and debriefings to Departmental personnel in foreign intelligence and terrorist activities/threats
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as primary points of contact with scientific community departments within the customer complex for the purpose of establishing effective liaison to proactively mitigate foreign intelligence and terrorist activities/threats.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or Q
- Education: Bachelor’s
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years
- Primary Case Agent: Experience as a primary case agent in counterintelligence case management at DOE, the FBI or DOD and must have advanced interviewing and elicitation techniques
- Communication and Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Computer Literacy: Must have functional computer literacy, and be proficient in common computer and network applications

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 Hours
Basic Compensation:
$128,000 to $191,000 annual salary
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
