The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Nintex Automation Platform, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online environments, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and usability. The Microsoft Business Process Analyst will work closely with various departments to support their collaboration needs and enhance productivity through effective use of Nintex, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Business Process Analyst: Administer, manage, and support the Microsoft tools mentioned including site collections, sites, libraries, lists, apps, and workflows.
Security Management: Implement and manage security policies, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
User Support and Training: Provide technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and proficiency with the toolset.
Data Migration: Participate in data migration initiatives as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and health of the environment, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures as needed.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve administration.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Office 365.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Office 365 tools. Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus. Nintex experience is a plus.
Security: Strong understanding of Microsoft security best practices, including permissions management, data governance, and compliance.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders across the organization.
Project Work: Experience working on integration projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
Experience with SharePoint on-premises and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business integration with SharePoint Online.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for SharePoint administration tasks.
Experience with third-party SharePoint tools and add-ins - specifically Nintex Automation Forms and Workflows.
Experience with Sharegate migration tool.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Certifications: Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform SharePoint Online and Office 365 are preferred.
Desirable:
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, including managing SharePoint Online configurations and settings.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology and apply new knowledge to improve the SharePoint Online environment.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting the needs of end-users and stakeholders.
Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Innovation: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions using SharePoint Online features and capabilities.
