As an HR Services Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of labor and employee relations processes, compliance, and administrative functions. This role is fully remote, with the ability to report to a Lockheed Martin Aeronautics location as needed. Preferred locations include Fort Worth, TX, Palmdale, CA, or Marietta, GA.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the HR Services Leader, you will impact the following and beyond:
· Lead and Develop a Team: Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of HR Services professionals, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
· Enhance HR Service Delivery: Oversee HR operations, including labor and employee relations, HR compliance, records management, and general administration, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
· Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Partner with Aeronautics HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives that enhance HR services and contribute to enterprise-wide HR transformation.
· Drive Labor Relations Excellence: Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, manage wage actions, reporting, and contract administration, and collaborate with union representatives at the local level.
· Optimize Processes & Technology: Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and audit plans to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
· Support Strategic HR Initiatives: Act as the primary liaison for corporate-level Labor Relations Administration, contributing to contract negotiations and advocating for improvements that benefit both the company and the union.
· Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Oversee records management, Tier 1 accommodations, compliance posters, and other HR administrative functions while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and labor agreements.

You are a strategic HR professional with deep expertise in labor relations and HR operations. You have a passion for process improvement, compliance, and driving operational efficiency. You thrive in a leadership role, balancing the ability to coach teams, build strong relationships, and collaborate across
business functions. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and implement best practices to optimize HR service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
· Labor Relations Expertise – Experience administering and interpreting collective bargaining agreements, including contract compliance and union interactions.
· HR Operations Knowledge – Strong understanding of HR compliance, records management, and HR service delivery.
· Strategic and Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze complex HR challenges, drive process improvements, and leverage HR metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.
· Communication & Collaboration – Ability to engage effectively with business leaders, HR teams, and union representatives to drive positive outcomes.
· Technology & Systems Proficiency – Familiarity with HRIS platforms, case management tools, workflow automation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MS Teams.
Desired Skills:
· A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and manage conflict effectively.
· Experience standardizing processes to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
· A proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build credibility across HR functions.
· Relationship-building skills to shape HR services strategies and philosophies.
· A commitment to fostering positive employee engagement and open communication.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively and clearly.
· Expertise in coaching and guiding teams using methodologies such as A3s and Plan-Do-Check-Adjust (PDCA) to drive high-impact experiences for employees and leaders.
· A strong understanding of Lockheed Martin’s business operations.
· A preference for candidates located near Marietta, GA, or an LM Aeronautics facility.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $80,400 - $139,380. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
