As a Facilities Operations Analyst you will support the Facilities Operations team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Performing tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy/utility oversight, material inventory, financial activities – Purchase Orders, budgets, invoices, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, finances, and maintenance & repair planning and scheduling.
• Implementing the timely completion and closeout of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters.
• Monitoring work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Basic Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works well with people, demonstrated dependability and is approachable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Desired Skills:
Experience interfacing with all levels of Lockheed Martin and LM’s external customers. Self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates flexibility.
Experience with in-depth working knowledge of LM processes, procedures and protocol. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly focused on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Familiarity/proficiency with Teams, SharePoint and Concur a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
