Description:You will be the Finance & Program Planning Associate for our Finance team. Our team is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and control to support major programs, including THAAD, PAC-3, and HIMARS.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance & Program Planning Associate, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, establishing performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Conducting variance analysis, trend identification, and risk assessment
• Developing and maintaining cost control systems and monitoring costs and schedules
• Preparing budgets, schedules, and financial reports for contract work
• Performing schedule risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
• Maintaining accurate records of expenditures and ensuring adequate funding availability

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Finance, Business, Accounting, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering or 10+ years of experience
Very good Written and Oral Communication skills
Decision Making skills
Computer skills in M/S Office suites of Email, Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point
Math and Analytical skills
Attention to Detail
Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
VBA Coding/Advanced Excel, Tableau, Estimating, Finance, and Accounting.
Experience/Knowledge in SAP, EFS, ACCESS, Equivalent Units/Earned Value techniques, Labor Charging, Tracking, Compilation, Variance Reporting, and EAC's.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
