As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) in Fort Worth, TX, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the F-35 Production Final Assembly. Your role will be critical to ensuring the efficient execution of structural assembly and systems installations, meeting high production targets while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLeadership & Team Management• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, managing daily tasks and ensuring build plans are executed efficiently.
• Foster a team-oriented culture, promoting collaboration and accountability to meet program objectives.
Production Oversight• Oversee aircraft records accuracy and provide support for schedule adherence, ensuring production meets quality, cost, and timeline goals.
• Track and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement and driving process optimization.
FOD Prevention & Compliance• Champion a culture of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and company standards.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory protocols are followed, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Workforce Development• Assess team performance and identify skills gaps, providing training and development opportunities.
• Drive employee engagement, recognizing achievements and motivating teams to perform at their best.
Process Optimization• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate production constraints.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the program.

•Experience using tooling, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment
•Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Desired Skills:Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working Knowledge of Crew Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising a multi-purpose team towards daily goals.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
