Job Description:

The Senior Vice President, Finance is a key member of the Global TV Distribution leadership team and is responsible for financial planning and analysis globally for over $3 billion of Film revenue. Reporting to the CFO, Global TV Distribution, this role will serve as a strategic business partner to the Sales team, the CFOs of the Studio Group and Filmed Entertainment Group, and the entire Film Finance and Strategy teams. The role will oversee critical finance processes such as Global TV Distribution greenlight inputs, annual budget, long range plan, pacings, and ultimates management, all of which are essential to the strategic and operational decision-making of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to drive budgeting, forecasting and pacing activities
  • Manage key relationships with product owner stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior sales management to deliver financial performance for the regions
  • Oversee product ultimates and reviews
  • Work in conjunction with Controllership team on close activities
  • Liaise across functional areas—local sales executives, sales administration and operations, business, and legal affairs
  • Drive continual improvement in budget and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, business, economics or related field
  • 12+ years progressive finance or accounting experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience managing ultimates
  • Knowledge of financial systems integrations and workflows
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
