Description:You will be a Senior Data Analyst for our Ethics team. Our team is responsible for conducting predictive data analysis, identifying trends and areas of concern, and recommending areas for improvement to support the Ethics organization and MFC management.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring key measurements of programs, analyzing program activity, and presenting reports to ethics officers and management. You will also assist in tracking and auditing investigation results, provide support and advice to ethics officers, and create and communicate ethics messages to various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting continuous predictive data analysis to identify trends and areas of concern
• Developing and monitoring key measurements of programs and analyzing program activity
• Presenting reports to ethics officers and management
• Tracking and conducting follow-up on training requirements
• Assisting in tracking, logging, and auditing investigation results in the COMET database
• Creating and communicating ethics messages through various media
• Providing support and advice to ethics officers in evaluating and responding to ethics concerns

Basic Qualifications:
• Data analysis skills
• Experience with collaboration and data analytic tools including Tableau, Excel – creating Macros and Forms, and Teams
• Unquestionable integrity and exceptionable trust building skills
• Excellent interpersonal communications (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
