Description:
You will be a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative for Lockheed Martin in Lexington, KY, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless program execution. Our team is responsible for managing multiple Task Orders and ensuring timely communication of program direction.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in program meetings, managing final deliverables, and ensuring timely communication of program direction. You will work closely with our team to coordinate activities across multiple functions to align with program goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Participate in program meetings and manage final deliverables
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions to align with program goals
• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and leadership
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance, providing regular status reports
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance program execution
• Provide daily project administration support on multiple Task Orders
• Approve billing for subcontract travel, cell phone bills, internet bills, and freight invoices
• Assist in maintaining a roster of personnel for individual Task Orders
• Develop, prepare, and deliver monthly/quarterly status reports for multiple Task Orders
• Prepare and submit Limitation of Funds (LOFs), Limitation of Cost (LOCs), and Limitation of Government Obligation (LOGOs) letters as applicable
• Assist in preparing Executive Summary, Appendices, and EPP slides for Cost Estimate Proposals, Change Proposals, and Contractor Change Requests
• Create Cost Account Builders (Project Builders)
• Run labor verification reports, review for current labor charging, and ensure that any mischarging is corrected
• Review and approve financial baselines
• Create Labor Purchase Requests (LPRs) and Change Orders (COs) for subcontractor funding

Basic Qualifications:
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Specifically, the individual may be required to utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other applications in the performance of duties and should not require guidance in the use of these applications.
- Accurately type 35 words per minute.
- It is imperative that the individual be able to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Cost Account Management (CAM) certification.
- Basis Of Estimate Certification through training.
- Possess active listening and strong communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
