As a key component of Lockheed Martin's Rotary & Mission Systems business area, Electronic, Cyber, and Intelligence Warfare (ECIW) serves as the company's premier center of excellence for end-to-end radio frequency mission solutions. Our mission is to develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies that enable the warfighter to stay ahead of emerging threats in the electromagnetic spectrum. Within this critical market segment, the Fenwick Sustainment Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management of the Sustainment IDIQ contract, as well as the Task Orders and Delivery Orders awarded under the contract, to ensure seamless execution and optimal support for our customers' mission-critical operations.
THE WORK
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Overseeing start-up and execution of program activities
• Managing customer intimacy, communication, and overall satisfaction
• Directing program execution to meet customer requirements, cost, and schedule
• Providing front-line leadership to a technical team
• Supporting the development of strategic plans, roadmaps, and proposal efforts to cultivate new business opportunities
• Shaping the program future by attracting, developing, and retaining a workforce while cultivating a collaborative work environment
• Collaborating with market segment functional leaders
• Contributing to IRAD and technical roadmap planning activities
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Strong program management experience, with a focus on Sustainment or Operations & Maintenance leadership
• Prior cross-functional team leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to work across functional organizations and business areas
• Strong leadership, communications, and financial management skills, with experience administering multiple contract types (e.g., CPFF, FFP, OTA)
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and experience with full program lifecycle execution
• Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to travel as needed (estimated less than 25%)
• Desired skills include experience with OCONUS activities, geographically distributed teams, and strategy development and new business capture

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this Level 5 Program Manager position, you must possess:
• Proven Program Management Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing complex programs, with a focus on Sustainment or Operations & Maintenance leadership roles
• Leadership Expertise: Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and guiding them to achieve strategic objectives
• Exceptional Leadership, Communications, and Financial Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and financial management skills
• Contract Management Experience: Experience administering and supporting multiple contract types (e.g., CPFF, FFP, OTA)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional organizations and business areas to achieve program goals
• Active TS/SCI Clearance: Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
Desired Skills:
Preferred candidates will also possess:
• Full Program Lifecycle Experience: Experience with full program lifecycle execution, from concept development to sustainment
• Earned Value Management (EVM) Expertise: Experience with EVM, including earned value analysis and performance measurement
• OCONUS and Geographically Distributed Team Experience: Experience supporting programs with OCONUS activities and/or geographically distributed teams
• Electronic, Cyber, and Information Warfare Expertise: Understanding of Electronic, Cyber, and Information Warfare concepts, including threat analysis and mitigation strategies
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed in support of program activities (estimated <25%)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
