Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing
Food service, advertising, CPG, DSD and/or retail marketing experience is preferred.
ServSafe certificate holder or will need to become certified within 90 days of hire.
Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise, and useful recommendations.
Activate brand standards and fully execute at all identified points of service, resulting in consistency throughout the region.
This position must have significant organizational and project management experience.
Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs.
A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.
This position requires solid strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience.
