As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior in Fort Worth, TX, you’ll play a key role in driving production, quality, and process excellence within the LFF coatings team. What You Will Be Doing
- Support LFF coatings production and related business and operational processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Engage in cross-functional activities including production planning, quality management, material flow, and systems optimization.
- Provide hands-on support across areas such as equipment and facilities engineering, process improvement, and material management.
- Facilitate and mentor self-directed work teams and help deliver training to build team capabilities.
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to resolve production issues and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage experience in manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Experience relative to aircraft manufacturing, structural assembly, or modification.
• Experience in Foreign Object Debris process &/or policies
• Experience reading and interpreting detail, blueprints, lay-out sketches, process standards &/or specifications
• Experience with understanding aircraft work instructions
• Knowledge base of Low observable coatings
Desired Skills:• Ability to communicate effectively to hourly and salary audience
• Ability to effectively communicate to upper leadership, customer and workforce
• Ability to use windows applications and software
• Self starter
• 2-5 years of experience in aerospace
• LFF coatings experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
