What does a successful Employee Relations Director do?
As an Employee Relations Director, you will be pivotal in establishing a world-class centralized employee relations function at Fiserv. You will partner with our leaders and Human Resources team to foster a positive work culture; develop and implement employee relations programs and strategies; and resolve associate concerns around work-related issues. This is an opportunity toleverage your expertise in data analysis to identify/monitor trends, evaluate associate satisfaction, predict potential issues, and contribute to the development of strategic HR initiatives.
What you will do:
- Deliver guidance on HR policies.
- Conduct investigations into allegations of inappropriate associate behavior.
- Consult with associates on employment issues and provide counseling and advice.
- Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Advise management on associate relations policies and procedures.
- Provide training to managers and associates on workplace issues.
- Oversee and lead the disciplinary action process, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience including 5+ years of Employee Relations experience
- 3+ years of experience with HR best practices, employment laws and compliance.
- 3+ years of experience conducting employee investigations.
- 3+ years of problem solving and conflict resolution.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within HR.
- 3+ years of experience communicating with senior HR leaders and leaders across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
