JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager - Hospitality will promote the Spectrum Business story, develop buyer-centric go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drives Data, Voice, Video, and Managed Services growth across the Hospitality industry vertical.
This role serves as the subject matter expert across key aspects of the Hospitality vertical including competitive landscape, market opportunity, product portfolio alignment, and buying behavior.
The Marketing Manager will leverage this expertise to develop compelling positioning and presence in market via messaging, thought leadership, partnerships, industry events and integrated GTM plans. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional GTM teams to achieve company objectives
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop GTM planning that prioritizes audience growth based on Total Addressable Market (TAM) sizing, competitive dynamics and alignment of Spectrum Business product solutions to buyer needs and pain points.
Gather buyer and competitive insights across a variety of sources to produce effective market positioning with compelling value propositions that inform GTM strategies.
Leverage audience expertise to build ideal customer profiles, buyer personas and route-to-market recommendations.
Collaborate across marketing to ensure execution of campaigns and initiatives aligned to GTM planning.
Identify relevant industry organizations and/or events that offer the opportunity to expand buyer awareness and affinity, develop and execute plan toward realization of maximum benefit.
Influence the creation of a wide variety of marketing assets by partnering with creative production and Demand Generation teams, including content, product videos, and social media
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
MBA / Masters preferred
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Marketing experience – 5+

Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred
