This role is on a hybrid schedule and must be able to work from Ally’s Charlotte or Detroit locations an average of three days per week.
As the Sr Analyst, Business Systems Development-Workday, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. Additionally, you will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with documented service level targets. You will frequently interact with HR, Technology, and third-party teams on specific projects or more complex tasks. You may also interact with Ally Senior Leadership.
This position is part of the Workday development team within the Human Resources’ Enabling Solutions organization. This position reports to the Manager, Business Systems Development-Workday.
