Description:In this role you will be part of a great team that provides recruitment, hiring, and onboarding support for the Space Global Talent Acquisition team. A top priority is creating and enhancing the highest quality candidate experience. This includes ensuring all candidates experience a well-planned, seamless interview, pre-employment process and onboarding into the company. This position is perfect if you love being busy, problem solving, and proactively communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
Senior Candidate Care Coordinator duties include:
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring organizations
• Monitoring completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements; and ensuring requisition/candidate information is accurate and complete
• Working with hiring managers to set start dates and connecting leaders to resources to help them effectively onboard/assimilate their new employees
• Welcoming new employees on first day and assisting with I-9 verification (either in person or virtually)
• Ensuring requisitions meet compliance requirements prior to closing
• Helping with candidate travel when necessary
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement
• Supporting the team as a subject matter expert for key initiatives and specialty topics
Work schedule is flexible and can be on-site at our Highlands Ranch location or a hybrid blend of remote and on-site. Work requires special access. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma with experience in talent acquisition and/or HR administration.
• Knowledge of and experience with hiring and pre-employment practices, procedures, and policies.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Technically proficient using multiple systems and technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint).
• Proven track record of working in fast paced environment and able to manage competing priorities.
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in a large organization.
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin tools such as LEO, LMPeople, and LMCareers.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Past experience adopting new technologies and supporting process improvement.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $53,900 - $94,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
