The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Higher Education, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proven ability to manage projects, people, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management platforms.
• Ability to travel for recruitment and outreach events; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in technical, vocational, or trade-based student recruitment.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense training programs, veterans’ services, or workforce development initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience using data to evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies.
Salary & Benefits
IALR will offer a salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus applicable shift differential.
