The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Operations team is seeking an experienced technical expert in SAP GRC/IAG (Governance Risk & Compliance/Identity & Access Governance) with full life cycle methodology deployment to join our 1LMX digital transformation efforts. This position will report to the Technical Foundations Product Manager
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will support the Security Access Management team to develop an end-to-end access controls model, including provisioning, for SAP RISE NS2 and Cloud solutions including S/4Hana, Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Solutions. Additionally, the position will support the SAP RISE NS2 GRC and IAG solutions while developing a strategy to develop, migrate, and integrate Identity Access Management Cloud based SAP toolsets (IAS, IPS, IAG). Your key responsibilities will include:
• SAP GRC & SAP Cloud IAG Implementation: Leading the design and deployment of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), and Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Optimizing identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and third-party applications. Enforce role-based access control aligned with business needs.
• Integration of SAP GRC & SailPoint: Defining integration scenarios, assess pros and cons, and establish the RACI model.
• Cloud & Hybrid Security: Implementing security controls for SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP Cloud IAG, and third-party IAM integrations.
• Security Architecture: Designing and maintaining SAP security architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and cloud environments.
• Role Design & SoD Compliance: Developing and sustaining role-based access control (RBAC), rule sets, and segregation of duties (SoD) compliance frameworks.
• SAP Security Administration: Managing user provisioning, privileged access, and security audits.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Aligning with standards such as SOX.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with business, IT, audit, and compliance teams to ensure security best practices and process automation.
• Incident Response and Mitigation: Developing and executing plans for unauthorized access or breaches, and collaborating with security teams to resolve SAP Cloud incidents.
• Documentation & Reporting: Creating documentation on SAP GRC and SAP Cloud IAG configurations, policies, and procedures, and generating reports on governance, compliance, and security incidents.
• User Training & Support: Providing training on security best practices and access policies, and delivering ongoing support for SAP GRC and SAP Cloud IAG

Basic Qualifications:
• SAP GRC & IAG Expertise: Proficient in SAP GRC 12.0, SAP IAG, Access Control, ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, and Process Control.

• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and management

Desired Skills:
• SAP Security & Authorization: In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and cloud security practices.
• SoD & Compliance Knowledge: Skilled in audit controls, risk frameworks, and SOX compliance.
• SAP Cloud Security: Experienced in SAP Cloud Identity, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and integrations with Active Directory, or Ping.
• Other Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP ABAP security, SU24 configuration, STAD logs, table logging, security patches, and system hardening.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
