Description:Item Analyst Team LeadLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingYou will be a Field Sales Support Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 on the F-35 Sustainment Supply Item Management team and will be a Technical subject matter expert for the Item Management Organization, leading a team of individuals providing technical guidance and resolution to complex problems.
You will be responsible for supporting day to day activities within a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of commitments. Additionally, you will represent the Item Management team as the voice of Supply collaborating across internal and external organizations, supporting Root Cause & Corrective Action Initiatives enabling Strategic Improvements, Action Teams, and Return to Green plans.
Key Responsibilities• Project Management and Prioritization of Systemic Action Items
• Cross-functional team integration and project engineering oversight for F-35 Item Management team.
• Frequent Communication and Escalation of key inhibitors to the Leadership Team.
• Managing and enabling the repair life cycle of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.
• Monitoring TSLs (Target stock levels) of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.
• Monitoring and managing customer demands of all designated parts to include all pre and post actions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
