Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? WithMe is hiring a Service Representative in Philadelphia, PA to support our printing and coffee solutions! You’ll make deliveries, service calls, and ensure our clients have a seamless experience. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
You will be reporting to the Field Service Supervisor and will be the face of WithMe, Inc. to our customers, making sure their equipment is installed, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service during site visits.
- Visit client sites to install, program, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain bean-to-cup coffee equipment as well as provide ongoing preventative maintenance, operational checks and water filter changes.
- Perform preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and resolve issues promptly.
- Support wireless printer solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams.
What You Bring:
- Located in Philadelphia, PA, with 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (some overnight travel required).
- Mechanical aptitude (coffee equipment experience a plus - training provided); basic plumbing knowledge or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to lift objects up to 65 lbs. (with assistance) and perform regular physical tasks such as standing, sitting, squatting, and reaching.
