What you will do:
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and React.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end services.
- Optimize application performance with efficient code, caching strategies, and scalable architecture.
- Implement robust security measures, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ship high-quality features.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and share best practices to elevate the team’s technical standards.
- Debug complex issues across the stack and deploy reliable fixes to production.
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to keep our tech stack modern and effective.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with .NET technologies.
- 2+ years of experience building front-end applications with React.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive, accessible UI development.
- Experience working with SQL Server.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear, effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced development cycles.

- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Background in the financial industry or payment processing.
