About Platform Distribution & Partnerships:
Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.
Job Description: The Coordinator, Device Partner Marketing will support the Device Partner Marketing Team to execute marketing campaigns across the service’s largest platform distribution partners (Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Samsung, PlayStation, etc). Responsibilities include navigating asset requests, templating PowerPoint presentations, supporting partner managers, along with administrative duties such as booking meetings and managing schedules. The coordinator must be extremely organized, an effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self- motivated individual who is comfortable working in a matrixed organization and has some experience in briefing and executing creative assets.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage all creative asset requests for partner promotions
- Attend briefings for content priorities, including Originals, Sports, Movies, Brand, and WWE campaigns to share updates with the Device Marketing team
- Maintain a centralized content deck and pitch slides for partner meetings
- Source titles, loglines, cast/auspices, and premiere/event dates for all tentpole titles
- Support promotion auditing and recap deck templates for post-mortem review
- Own internal and partner recaps from partner meetings
- Manage internal deadlines and timelines for larger teams
- Schedule, attend and participate in internal/external meetings, and record detailed notes to distribute to team members.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support the greater team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing function, preferrable marketing partnerships or paid media
- Prior experience tracking and organizing multiple projects, which require senior-level approvals
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Desired Characteristics
- Media and Entertainment experience strongly preferred
- A strong understanding of the streaming industry
- Experience brief writing and working with creative project managers
- Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, always changing environment
- Collegial, high energy, and persistent personality, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to
- Stays up to date on digital trends, emerging technologies, entertainment streaming platforms, entertainment partnership and competitive marketing.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
