What does a successful Workday Time and Absence Consultant do at Fiserv?
You will be involved in providing Human Resources systems support to a customer base of approximately 40,000 employees, 5,000 managers, and 500 HR professionals through system support, integration, and reporting.
What you will do:
- Act as the system owner for the Workday Time and Absence module
- Manage new project/enhancement requests from initiation through post-implementation support, including configuration
- Complete Workday system configuration based on the design, including business process changes, tenant level settings, and notifications, to meet the expectations of our clients
- Collect and translate business process requirements into a functional solution design
- Configure the Time and Absence module and create complex calculated fields
- Partner with integration and HR Technology teams to ensure proper integration with functional configuration to continually improve processes, maximize productivity, and support new HR initiatives
- Execute system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality and coordinate/perform in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support
- Document processes via job aides and knowledge-based articles and ensure that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years’ experience in implementing and supporting Workday Time and Absence and Payroll on a global scale
- 3+ years’ experience in Time and Absence fundamentals including eligibility rules, time groups, and absence groups
- 3+ years’ experience in Workday report writing
- 2+ years’ experience in training and HR disciplines
- 2+ years’ experience in project management methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
