Leading the development of cybersecurity portfolio roadmap and ensuring the health of all projects within the portfolio. This position will direct a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure successful delivery of commitments.
It is imperative that this individual has deep experience in portfolio management (roadmap, budget, capacity). In addition, this candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate decision-making, and influence the outcome.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Program Delivery quality: Oversee the delivery of projects within the portfolio, including budget, headcount, and scope. Ensure a consistent level of quality, and accuracy across the projects/ programs deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management: Lead program/ project issues/ risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels. Responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans
Ability to develop strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business capability planning; Orchestrating technical program delivery across business stakeholders, complex vendor landscapes and technology ecosystems
Ability to build and sustain high performing teams; proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
10+ years’ experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact
Strong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and experience. using these tools to analyze data, document workpapers, and present results to executive management.
