Overview
ABM is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of general labor tasks including moving materials, cleaning job sites, loading/unloading equipment, and supporting facility operations. You will play an important part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and efficient.
Pay: $16/HR
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, moving equipment, and debris removal.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of materials and work areas.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work alongside other team members.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support facility and maintenance operations.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a labor or maintenance role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying environmental conditions.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
