Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to develop new and potential commercial and industrial accounts within a defined territory for Onsite Facility Services: Cleaning, Environmental, Parking, and Engineering.. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their facility service needs, and presenting tailored solutions that include cleaning, environmental, parking, and engineering services. You will collaborate with our operations team to ensure superior service delivery and maintain strong client relationships while cross-selling our comprehensive range of facility services.
Pay: $70,000 - $90,300
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead qualification.
- Client Engagement: Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and conduct site surveys to tailor our services to their requirements.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with operations and sales support teams to create compelling proposals that address client concerns and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including pricing solutions and handling objections.
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate reporting of leads, active prospects, and sales forecasts in Salesforce.
- Networking: Attend and participate in industry events and organizations such as CREW and BOMA to expand your network and identify new opportunities.
- Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, with a proven track record of finding, qualifying, and closing new business through cold calls and self-generated leads.
- Skills:
- Strong sales mentality with a goal-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Success in selling services or intangible business offerings.
- Knowledge of facility services, janitorial, commercial real estate, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant sales contacts is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort in group settings.
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple prospects at different stages of the sales process.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with internal operations and sales support teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Self-disciplined and results-driven, with a history of achieving sales targets and winning sales awards.
