Overview
ABM is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Union Mobil Certified Journeyman Engineer to operate and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping, and plumbing systems in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and air-conditioning facilities.
Pay: $52.55/HR
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems, generators, and HVAC equipment.
- Inspect and patrol mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on registers, radiators, lights, fixtures, and minor furniture and flooring issues.
- Ensure compliance with all State, County, and City Ordinances, Codes, and Laws while managing high-pressure boiler installations.
- Work to achieve the most economical and efficient results in system operations.
Qualifications: - Certification as an Engineer (for Certified Engineer roles) through a standardized examination, demonstrating superior trade knowledge.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
