This position offers the opportunity to engage with Fortune 2000 executives while supporting a high-performing team of real estate professionals.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research
• Conduct outreach to C-level executives at Fortune 2000 companies via phone calls and other effective communication channels
• Develop compelling value propositions tailored to potential clients' specific real estate needs
• Utilize technical tools and data analytics to identify potential leads and market trends
• Coordinate with senior team members to create customized business development strategies
• Track and report on prospecting activities and conversion metrics
• Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable with phone outreach and other business development communication methods
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Real estate license is a plus
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
