As the Learning Center of Excellence (COE) Leader, you will serve as the strategic hub for all learning initiatives within our organization. You'll lead the intake process for learning requests, develop innovative solutions for learning needs, and maintain our comprehensive learning catalog while ensuring optimal resource allocation through capacity planning.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all learning and development requests across the organization
Design and implement a structured intake process to efficiently evaluate, prioritize, and address learning needs
Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions
Maintain and continuously improve the organizational learning catalog
Create and manage the learning capacity plan, balancing resources against priorities
Lead the evaluation of learning effectiveness and ROI
Stay current with learning trends and technologies to implement innovative approaches
Establish governance processes for adding, updating, and retiring learning content in the catalog
Create and maintain a regular cadence of global learning activity reports for executive stakeholders
Analyze learning data across global regions to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Partner with IT and HRIS teams to optimize Workday learning functionality and integration
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in L&D with demonstrable expertise in learning solution design
Strong consultative skills and ability to partner with all levels of leadership
Experience developing and managing learning catalogs and capacity planning
Proven track record of translating business needs into effective learning strategies
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience with LMS administration and learning analytics, Workday preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00
