Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Equipment Account Manager to support our clients Equipment Finance needs in Commercial Banking.

In this role, you will:- Lead or participate in managing working relationships with clients which already have existing accounts within Equipment Finance Account Management.
- Contribute to development of new accounts and expanding existing account relationships
- Organize customer transaction information and collaborate with internal partners throughout the transaction cycle
- Assist the Management teams in supporting customer requests
- Exercise independent judgment in managing and enhancing working relationship with the existing clients and internal stakeholder and meet business objectives within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
- Collaborate with existing internal and external customers to build a working relationship
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Equipment finance experience.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with ability to develop rapport and credibility with all levels
- Demonstrated proficiency in working in a highly focused, collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Job Expectations:- Up to 10% travel
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
