The VC-25B Program is seeking a skilled VC-25B Mid-Level Integrated Product Support Planning & Management Specialist to join our Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Management (ILSP&M) team in Tukwila, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure the successful integration and support of our development proposals. This role requires a strong understanding of development programs, enterprise gate processes, and the interactions within integrated product teams (IPTs).
Position Responsibilities:
- Establish support requirements and definitions for various projects.
- Break down statements of work into a responsibility matrix to clarify roles and expectations.
- Review master schedules, program implementation, and integration plans to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate and gather data for estimates in support of proposal activities.
- Establish relationships and coordinate with scheduling, contracts, supply support, and estimating IPTs to facilitate smooth operations.
- Run and coordinate proposals through the enterprise gated processes to ensure compliance and thorough evaluation.
- Coordinate activities to ensure that technical data and procedures are properly documented and accessible.
- Review program and engineering change proposals, assessing their impact on product support and overall project success.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ experience with the Boeing Enterprise Gated Process
- Minimum AA degree in a related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong knowledge of development programs and enterprise gate processes.
- Experience working with integrated product teams and understanding their interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500
