What You'll Be Doing
Process and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approval.
Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
What Are We Looking For
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
1 - 3 years prior accounts payable experience in a larger organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
