This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Director, Commercial Automation, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the RM Product Innovation team, reporting to the Senior Director, RM Product Innovation, you will drive efficiencies and improve commercial performance through the implementation and management of automated processes.

How You Will Make An Impact

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Monitor the performance of automated systems, make necessary adjustments, and provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
Prepare professional presentations and deliverables, establish objective metrics and reporting, manage budgets, and develop business cases to justify investments and demonstrate value for Hilton.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
Collaborate to identify and prioritize new products and features. Help shape the long-term vision and roadmap while balancing immediate needs. Understand and address automation needs by consulting with stakeholders and translating these needs into technical requirements.
Facilitate relationships with vendors and partners, negotiate contracts, create standards, and work within the Hilton RFP process to assess, recommend, and certify new systems, vendors, and tools.
What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
Oversee the implementation automation capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across commercial business processes.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
Ten (10) years of professional experience
Seven (7) years of experience with automation/process improvement, deploying products/services or product management
Five (5) years of project management related experience in large matrixed organization
It Would Be Useful If You Have
Experience explaining complex business process and system functionality to stakeholders
Experience with automation architecture that supports different approaches
Experience with relevant automation technologies
