The Role
The UKG Pro Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in GM’s timekeeping tool migration from Kronos to UKG Pro. The role will be engaged in all phases of the program and be responsible for analyzing timekeeping related business processes and eliciting requirements. This role will also collaborate with the team to lead change management activities related to the upgrade that maximize the business impact of the migration.
What You’ll Do

Lead collaboration sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.

Consult with business process owners to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives that will translate into tool requirements/user stories.

Document requirements into user stories for IT to develop.

Create and execute test plans to ensure that requirements meet the business needs and function correctly.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts.

Lead change management related activities that enable the market to successfully adopt the benefits of the upgrade (adoption of best practices).

Research, benchmark and identify best practices and participate in continuous education to guide the business in the identification of ‘differentiator’ or ‘competitive advantage’ processes.

Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
