Technical Program Manager 3
Job Summary
• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Contribute to prioritized Feature/Program work by acting as workstream leads to represent relevant crew integrates into the end-to-end Program plan.Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Embedded software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Ms-Project, Smartsheet or equivalent
- Advanced Skills in Excel, Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with operating systems, firmware, device drivers, or various sub-systems such as storage and graphics.
- Experience in software development targeted for consumer electronics or hardware development
