The Role

The CCA Product Lifecycle Management team seeks critical thinkers adept at taking the initiative and working in an environment of ambiguity. This position will be responsible for performing data analysis and providing recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical ability utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, & KNIME to analyze data and create tools to improve existing business processes. This individual will gain an understanding of managing a part through the entire product lifecycle and be provided learning opportunities in CCA Supply Chain processes and data environments.
You will act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers to resolve issues and to provide support.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer availability, CCA scrap budget, E&O identification, and lifecycle planning.

Create recommendations and scrap plans to leadership through data analysis.

Develop reports and tools such as SQL, Python, & KNIME that spans all areas of supply chain

Work cross functionally with team members to ensure on-time delivery of business results.

Ability to understand impact of cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle.

Taking the initiative to drive necessary change in existing business processes.

Ability to connect kpis, develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goals

Ability to sustain current reporting, team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projects
