Job Summary: This role supports Trane Technologies Life Sciences Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
The Cycle Count position is responsible for thorough continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner. They will research all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.
Qualifications:
Relative Work Experience: 1-3 years related experience required.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Certifications / Licenses: Holds valid driver’s license.
Computer Systems / Software: MRP/ERP (Fourthshift) preferred. Data entry and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
Specialized Training: Must successfully complete Helmer Forklift training
Key Competencies:
- Must be willing and able to drive a fork lift and scissor lift.
- Willing to work as a team and help team members.
- Demonstrates ability to make timely and appropriate decisions based on standards
- Ability to complete own work with little to no supervision
- Capability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; concentrate on routine work details amid periodic interruptions.
- Is open to the ideas, diverse views and opinions of others; offers opinions constructively; offers assistance when needed.
- Ability to problem solve: accurately assess a situation and arrive at a positive solution.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly on own.
Base compensation range $19/HR-$21.00/HR
