What does a successful Community Bank Sales Leader do?
As a Community Bank Sales Leader at Fiserv, you will direct a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve predictable and profitable sales outcomes in the Community Bank segment. What you will do:
- Execute sales plans and ensure quotas are met.
- Assign accounts, territories, and quotas to sales staff.
- Plan and direct sales activities to fulfill resource and staffing requirements.
- Manage and drive the creation of the sales pipeline.
- Define and implement sales strategies and tactics to boost revenue.
- Supervise, develop, mentor, and motivate sales staff.
- Administer compensation, assess performance, and execute action plans.
- Actively manage all sales lifecycle phases, including lead development, client meetings, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Provide guidance to eliminate obstacles in high-priority opportunities.
- Monitor metrics to manage financial forecasts, win/loss reviews, and pipeline analysis.
- Ensure eCRM accuracy.
- Model and practice the Fiserv Way of Selling philosophies and skill sets.
- Provide thought leadership around key market and industry insights.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales with complex products or services.
- 5+ years of sales management experience, managing hunters.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in selling complex solutions into Community Bank institutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales organizations of at least 6 associates.
- Knowledge of multi-year or multi-service contract sales.
