What does a successful Advisor Professional do?
As an experienced member Application Support, will be responsible for effective management and maintenance of Integrated Data team and ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. You will be responsible for the optimization of Application performance, Query optimization, Server CPU optimization, Innovative thinking to ensure platform stability to improve client experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Cards/Payments Industry, ETL Tools (Talend), Unix, Linux, Control M, Cloud AWS, SQL, Hadoop, Database, Dynatrace, Splunk, DevOps.
What you will do:
- Management activities like Incident, change and release activities for mission critical application.
- Deployment/Re-deployment/Upgrade for Commercial Center
- Enhance Alerts and monitoring capabilities (Moog soft, Splunk and Dynatrace)
- Collaborate with other Developers and Engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline using mature CI/CD automation practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application issues and work with the development team and SMEs to resolve issues faster. Create, track, drive problem and defects task to closure.
- Identify possible points of failure in the infrastructure/applications and improve/resolve the identified vulnerability.
- Troubleshoot application-related support requests and escalate as needed.
- Confluence Knowledge articles/documentations
- Automate the repetitive task to minimize manual efforts.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
- Overall, 5-10 years of experience.
- Experience working with ETL (Talend), AWS, Control M, Linux, SQL, Hadoop, Database, Middleware technologies.
- Experience working on monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft.
- Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into automation.
- Contribute to Release activities.
- Experience with Modern scripting language like Python and Basic of AI knowledge.
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline creation and automation
- Flexible to work in shift or weekend on business demand.
