VP, Financial Crimes and Risk Management Product SuiteAbout your role:
At Fiserv, we are transforming financial services through innovative technologies and strategic foresight. Our Financial Crimes and Risk Management Solutions (FCRM) team is dedicated to providing advanced solutions to combat financial crimes and manage risks effectively. As the VP, FCRM, you will drive the growth and modernization of our product suite, working closely with sales teams and overseeing business operations to ensure alignment with client needs and long-term growth objectives.
What you'll do:
- Drive the growth of profitable revenue to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a strong product strategy to enhance market share.
- Streamline business operations and functional interlocks to improve operational efficiency.
- Increase the win rate of sales opportunities through effective strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and improve client satisfaction scores.
- Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives to deliver innovative solutions and services.
- Support and collaborate with multiple sales and distribution teams across multiple global markets.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic leadership and driving business growth, including achieving revenue growth targets.
- 12+ years of experience in the financial services regulatory and compliance environment.
- 12+ years of experience in effective communication skills and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- 12+ years of experience in managing P&L and achieving annual financial targets.
- 12+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- In-depth knowledge of technologies and emerging trends, with a proven ability to leverage these trends to drive business growth.
- Experience working across global teams with different regulatory standards.
- Previous experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing product portfolios.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
How you’ll work:
- Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech; this role is on-site Monday through Friday.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
