In this role, you will:- Provide support for processing new collections, payments, trade acceptances and tracing outstanding items
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Develop the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Handle inbound international and domestic courier shipments
- Identify documents by the trade product type
- Prompt capturing of documents in the internal system
- Prepare trade documents for further examination and handling by partnering teams
- Develop, with training provided, familiarity with Letters of Credit under UCP600 and ISBP (International Standard Banking Practice) rules, govern regulations, bank policies, and international and domestic bank operations
- Work in a fast-paced environment where volume levels vary daily Team members are expected to perform at high quality levels and thrive in a teamwork-driven role
Required Qualifications, US:- 2+ years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with Letters of Credit
- Documentation collection and process experience
- Aptitude for logistics and movement of Goods
- SharePoint experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
