Job Responsibilities:
- Reports to Senior Document Controller
- Ensure Adherence to Project IM Processes and Procedures
- Provides Daily Status Updates and Issue Escalation to Senior Document Controller
- Quality Control Acceptance /Rejection of Documents
- Quality Control Verification, Submission and Uploading
- Quality Control Return Validation
- Manage EDMS Training Initiatives and Registers
- Provide EDMS User Support
- Support DRRS Process
- Expedite Document Review Process
- Assist Comment Markup and Document Return Process
- Hardcopy Management
- Ensure Wet Signature and Document Stamping Activities Conform to Project Procedures
- Provide Document Search and Retrieval Services
- Manage Document Distribution Matrices (DDM)
- Correspondence Management
- Weekly Report Production
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in relevant discipline (Document Control, Records Management, IT)
- 1 Year experience working in a Document Control Position
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
