What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
- Lead and train a team of electricians and technicians to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards.
What Are We Looking For
- Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
