What does a success Content Product Designer do at Fiserv?
Clover, a Fiserv company is looking for an experienced Content Product Designer to ensure that Clover’s products speak simply and understandably to our merchants and their customers. In this role, you’ll create strong relationships with our merchants by defining the narratives and language that defines how Clover products are represented, so they feel confident and empowered to run their businesses.
What you’ll do:
Own content design from strategy to execution across projects, and develop content strategy focused on transactions between merchants and their customers
Uphold Clover’s design principles, with brand voice and tone fidelity throughout transactional experiences
Collaborate with other design teams, product stakeholders, marketing efforts to ensure content and voice consistency throughout the entire merchant and customer lifecycle
Partner with product designers, UX researchers, and product managers to define and design end-to-end experiences
As a part of the overall Content Design community, contribute to elevating the practice of Content Design, mentor and inspire fellow team members to become better Content Designers
What you need to have:
5+ years of industry experience working on digital products in an applicable role (eg Content Strategist, Content Designer, UX Writer, Information Architect)
Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders to implement content strategy as a part of product definition and requirements
Proficiency in connecting design principles, brand voice and tone, and product narratives, including detailed copy on product interface
Deep knowledge of Information Architecture development, considering overall user experience, hierarchy, and organization throughout
Experience iterating design based on research, stakeholder feedback, and metrics
A solid understanding of Product Design processes and best practices
Able to work independently, proactively seeking information to inform design decisions
Portfolio of case studies ready to share, including writing samples and style guidelines
