ManTech seeks a Cyber Security Engineer Intern to join our team in Honolulu, HI. Our intern will work 20 hrs a week on site in the Honolulu office; relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Demonstrating skills learned in academic and professional settings with HBSS (McAfee endpoint suite), ACAS (Tenable/Nessus), SIEM technologies, RSA Archer, Redseal, and FireEye host/network security while collaborating with your ManTech colleagues.
- Partnering with colleagues to address cyber security challenges and create innovative solutions to help achieve the client mission.
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a BS in in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related major with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025
- Academic or professional experience with HBSS (McAfee endpoint suite), ACAS (Tenable/Nessus), SIEM technologies, RSA Archer, Redseal, and FireEye host/network security
- Experience with low level or embedded Cyber Security Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior research or studies in Indo-Pacific topics
Security Clearance Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with an active US Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
