The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. The successful candidate will:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant for Securities Trading
- Review and analyze complex, longer-term business and operational initiatives that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Make decisions requiring excellent understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
In addition:
ETF Creation & Redemption Process:
- Execute and manage ETF creation and redemption orders with issuers and clearing firms.
- Coordinate with internal trading desks to ensure efficient execution of trades related to the ETF AP function.
- Monitor NAV deviations and arbitrage opportunities to facilitate efficient ETF pricing.
Execution, Market Making & Liquidity Management:
- Assist with liquidity provision and efficient execution services for the ETF market
- - Analyze ETF order flow, inventory, and settlement processes to optimize liquidity provision.
- - Collaborate with ETF sponsors to support new fund launches and capital raising initiatives.
Technology & Operations Coordination:
- Utilize electronic trading platforms, order management systems, and proprietary tools to facilitate ETF transactions.
- Work with technology teams to enhance automation and efficiency in ETF AP processes.
- Coordinate with custodians and clearing firms to ensure seamless settlement of ETF units.
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in ETF trading, capital markets, or a related role at a broker-dealer or asset manager
- Experience with AP agreements and direct interactions with ETF issuers
Job Expectations:- Up to 10% travel
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 57 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
